One little problem that took a while to solve was the horn suddenly stopped operating. after  checking for blown fuses and then  removing the front bumper to get to the horn, I found it to be perfectly ok. On checking the horn switches I came across a sprung contact that connects to a round brass disk on the underside of the steering wheel,

and due to wear and tear the contact had worn down just enough to break contact, easily solved by removing the steering wheel.Undo  the nut securing the  wheel  and with the aid of a bearing puller and two bolts  remove steering wheel. Remove the brass  disk by undoing the three small screws and fit small washers under the disk, reassemble smear a little Vaseline on the disk and that's it.
